My stay was marred by constant miscommunication with the staff. We were forced to wait over an hour for our room to be ready after a long travel day. The pool area was always too crowded, and it was impossible to find a sunbed. On top of that, our room was poorly maintained with issues like low water pressure and unpleasant smells. Overall, it felt like we weren't valued as guests.

this summer, my family and i returned to cala d'or and were thrilled by our stay at barcelo. the food was a standout with freshly cooked paellas and an excellent breakfast buffet featuring freshly baked pastries. plus, the animation team made every day enjoyable with fun activities by the pools.

Woke up to the sound of waves lapping at the shore. The location was incredible, with the best beach just steps away. Everyone was welcoming and friendly!

The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views and easy access to a picturesque beach. The food selection is impressive, featuring a variety of cold dishes that satisfied our tastes. However, we encountered some issues with the pool service. despite signs against reserving loungers, some guests did so without consequence. On one occasion, the bill for drinks mistakenly charged to our table muddled our last dinner experience, though it was quickly resolved. Despite these hiccups, it was an enjoyable stay overall.

I truly enjoyed staying close to the stunning Cala Mitjana beach, just over a mile away, and discovering some great local spots for dinner, like the nearby Steakhouse Rancho El Patio, where I could unwind after my city strolls.
